The chef here has Dorchester and Ritz cred, and studied under nouvelle cuisine guru Michel Guerard. Kickstart your menu with the dahi puri (stuffed crispy puris), a fabulous Indian street food. The saffron-infused biryanis are also fabled, along with the paneer dishes and smoked kebabs. There is live Indian music nightly from 9pm.
