Aside from American standbys such as breaded shrimp and seafood chowder, Mr Grouper's is all about the local fruits de mer: lobster (in season), blackened mahi-mahi, conch in every conceivable way, and the restaurant's namesake fish, either grilled whole or its meaty fillets fried to crispy perfection. Painted a suitable aquamarine, it's popular enough to have birthed a second outlet, near the airport.
