The locals might disagree, but between Bahamian food and TCI food, there's precious little difference. Nearly everything bar local seafood is imported, meaning price and quality part ways (in the wrong direction) and that the catch of the day is almost always the best choice. Conch is the staple protein, and lobster (not available between April and July) the star ingredient.
