Named ‘Sow, Harvest, Eat, Drink’, this mostly vegetarian cafe serves up healthy soups, salads, wraps, smoothies and herbal teas made with locally grown, GMO- and pesticide-free ingredients, including greens from its own on-site hydroponic garden. It also serves as a local hub for sustainable-living activities, including workshops, some in English, on topics such as composting or growing your own herbs.
