Develi's original and most popular İstanbul outlet (opened 1966) is in Samatya, in the shadow of Theodosius’ Great Wall. Succulent kebaps come in many guises, often reflecting the season – the keme kebabi (truffle kebab) is only served a few weeks each year. Prices are excellent for the quality and service exemplary.
