The simple flavours of village food are the main act at this rustic-style restaurant where staff serve the village staples of Göreme while the female chefs shovel out steaming-hot bread from the tandır (clay oven). The warren of cave rooms has been kept authentically basic, though they could do with getting rid of the AstroTurf on the terrace.
