Locals grumble that it's not as cheap as it used to be, but this modern grill restaurant is one of Cappadocia's best. Steer clear of the meze and it's still decent value, too. Don't leave without sampling the künefe – layers of kadayıf dough cemented together with sweet cheese, doused in syrup and served hot with a sprinkling of pistachio.
