yoga teachers and healers in Varanasi April 2007

Me and my partner will be in Varanasi from the 16th to the 24th and would like to take a yoga course. We can't commit to anything longer than would fit into that time frame. Can any of you recommend a good yogi or center that are good? I know "good" is subjective but we've been warned that there are alot of "posers" in the city, just trying to make a buck or get a feel of some western girls. So any info on the real deal and if we should reserve ahead, etc. would be much appreciated.

Also if anyone can recommend any Ayurvedic practitioners for healing that would be great as well. Again, someone who seems to actually be a healer and not just doing it for money alone ( I know it's hard to know beforehand for sure but I think you can tell after you've been treated).
