Where to stay in Seoul and Busan

I am planning a trip to South Korea mid of April with my wife. Any suggestions on which area to stay in Seoul and Busan.
We will be in Seoul for 3 days and 2 days in Busan.

Also, any recommendation for hotel/love motel and DMZ tour ?

Price bracket might help.

Busan, Elysee Motel
Seoul, Hotel Pop Jongno

Both very central, great locations, affordable, nice decor, comfortable

Cherry blossom at Yeoido in mid April so maybe there rather than central Seoul? They flower first week of April in Busan (Jinhae just west of Busan) because it's further south. I usually stay in Choryang Foreigners street near the train station in Busan but it's a bit sleazy at night. I spent about $65 a night in Busan, $85 in Seoul, but that was for a more expensive room for three people.
