Hello. My friends and I are thinking of renting an apartelle which can accommodate 9 people. Can we find one in Singapore? Thanks
You would need to take 3 rooms that sleep 3 people each. They don't call them apartelles over there. They call them apartments, 3 bedrooms plus a maid's quarters are the norm, but depending on how long you want to stay, and how much you want to spend, its going to be very hard to find a place that will sleep 9 people. 5, yes, but 9 in a room, nak. Ps. Why do you think no one has replied with a suggestion yet. I suggest you split the group up into 5 & 4, or 3 lots of 3. Much easier, and this will not scare landagents off. If you tell them you want to put in a group of 9, they will say no straight away. The only group of 9 people trying to share a place in Singapore, are the illegal workers from Bangladesh/India and these are the people the Govt doesn't want too many to a room | 1
Thanks for your reply. We have already decided to group ourselves into 3. : ) Have two choices right now: the New 7th Story Hotel and Sleepy Sam's. The last time I visited Singapore was last Sept. 2007 and I was with my husband but this time, I am going on an all girls' trip. We're tourists and not workers from Bangladesh/India although I have nothing against these people. Cheers! | 2
