whats the cheapest way to go and back to mongolia?

hi, me and my friend in March 2013 wants to start our trip from Turkmenistan to Uzbekistan and then to Kazakhstan and then to Kyrgyzstan and from Tajikistan to Iran. we are Iranian Passport holders. our program is to add Mongolia to our program but we are agree to omit Kazakhstan. and instead of it go to Mongolia. is there any easy way to go Mongolia? maybe via Air or any country in these countries with cheapest fare?
