What is the name of the rental car company in Berlin- hire by the minute

I was in Berlin several months ago and a friend picked me up in car that he said he was hiring by the minute. Can you tell me the name of this company or provide the url?

When one registers the company provides a token that you stick on your licence and after downloading their app you can find the closest car to where you are. They charge by the minute and you can park it anywhere in the safe zones approved by the company.
