western union in Lao???

Anybody know if it is possible to do a western union transfer in lao??? or will I have to go to thailand fotr that???

I used to when sisters were in school, no mom or dad around for support, now only if they have a baby or something. I use the service at Walmart, same deal but cheaper, they go get it at the bank ten min later.

Well about like the querry for a cheap guest house in Vientiane or a mid range one for Luang Prabang or if you can get a bus to Vang Vien. It cracked me up, like asking if the USA has a McDonalds or if Thailand has a 7-11. I can't think of a more ubiquitous international brand in the peoples democratic republic.
