Hi Caroline, | 2 | |
I learnt some basic farsi from this website: http://www.easypersian.com | 3
I've found the Rosetta Stone CD's quite useful. They are a bit pricey (but available on torrent :) ) | 4
University of Texas has one of the best online resources here . There are more listed at this site: http://farsilearnersnetwork.pbwiki.com/Online+Resources And the unilang community have a pretty exhaustive collection. Shans-e khubi doste boshe :-) | 5
Hi, I recently noticed that Rosettta Stone CDs (pirated copies, ie) are relatively very cheap in Tehran, which one may buy for just $8-16 depending on the language. The Farsi version is actually a DVD and the most expensive of all in the language series, $16 that is. Bye. | 6
This looks good: http://www.unilang.org/viewtopic.php?f=73&t=15627&sid=d5b98342344d930b92986bfcfa71929d | 7

Thought I'd chime in with this one; I thought it quite handy and comprehensive. There are MP3s as you go along. | 11
