Voluntary work, Siem Reap (www.madamandboss.org)

Hi all, I had heard about a place in Siem Reap where they welcomed help, even for a day or two, from travellers and tourists passing through. I think it may have been a children's home, and had an unusual-sounding website: www.madamandboss.org. Now that URL is just a collection of services. Does anyone know anything about the place, how to get in touch, or any other similar projects? Thanks.
