Volcan Calbuco eruption

I have a question regarding transportation from Puerto Varas right now. It seems like they will open the road to the border again tomorrow, I want to go to Bariloche since I have a flight booked from there on the 30th. Can anyone confirm? And the bus to Bariloche from Puerto Varas costs 18,000! To Osorno only 2,000. Maybe its cheaper to go there first and then take another one to Bariloche?

If a third eruption happens it will prolly be cancelled anyway. Does anyone have expierences with Aerolineas Argentinas on these kind of events? I hope i would get my money back at least or rerouted via Santigo or so in order to get to Buenos Aires!

btw I made it to VIlla la angostura hitch hiking in 3 cars and 1 pick up truck, and also walking for about 6km :) there was basically no traffic at all and everything was covered in a thick layer of ash!

Now i just made it to Buenos Aires, so my flight was not cancelled even though the volcano erupted again today, luckily the wind didnt blow it to Bariloche!
