Hello all | ||
Do you read Farsi? With an Australian passport you can get the VOA. There are plenty of posts by Australians that give complete details of what to expect. | 1
The link below lists all countries ineligible and gives fees for VOA for others. Might help you. | 2

The Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has set up an e-Visa page. You can look at it here and see about Singapore passport visa requirement. I don't see why you shouldn't be able to get a Visa on arrival at the airport or maybe you can use the official e-Visa page or at least take a look at it. This is the link: They are really going after the tourists. I guess the country needs money. Every tourists brings them a chunk of money just on the visa alone! | 4
That so-called e-visa page is just an application form. It is helpful only if you plan to apply for a visa at a consulate. It is not relevant to a VOA. The embassy of Iran in Kuala Lumpur provides services to Singaporeans. Here is all the information you need, including about VOAs: For a VOA you will pay the same fee, or perhaps a little more, as you would if you obtained your visa in KL. | 5
