Visa on arrival?

Hello everyone, I am in Bishkek right now and the processing of my visa with LOI needs 5 days, can somebody tell if I can visa upon arrival in Tashkent or I will be deported?

If you need a LOI (depends on your country of residence) you have to have Tashkent airport as entry point on it...
