Viila/apartment for 7 adults in Dubai?

Country forums / Middle East / United Arab Emirates

I wondered if anyone has stayed in an apartment or villa in Dubai and could give a suggestion as to a good one. My sisters and I are planning on taking our parents to Dubai for a long weekend in November for their 60th birthdays and would like to stay in 1 or 2 apartments or a villa. There will be 7 adults in total (3 couples).

We have all been to Dubai before (my parents lived there for a couple of years) but haven't been back for a few years and I know how quickly that Emirate changes! I thought Jumeriah Beach would be a good location - would this still be suitable? My parents have quite a high standard of living so I would want somewhere that is clean and isn't surrounded by construction work (is that possible?), however my sisters and I would like to keep the cost under control. Any advice as to a good location or website that can be trusted would be gratefully received.

Thank you
C

Jumeirah beach runs the length of the city so it's not a specific area. I'd suggest Dubai Marina for an apartment or the Palm Jumeirah for a villa, depends on your budget. Transport is much better from the Marina as there is a metro station - traffic is very congested around Jumeirah Beach Residence in the morning and evening rush hours.

Google PK Properties Dubai, I've rented from them many times and they do holiday rental.

Anyone else you recommend for one month apt rentals, especially in the Marina? Thx
