I want to organize an overnight trip to Cairo and the Giza area for them. Would be looking for a very comfortable and reliable car and driver, and an articulate guide, preferably an Egyptologist. We are willing to pay for an upscale company, and they want to stay at the Marriott, but we don't want to be completely bilked. If you have used a company like this please give me their name and let me know what would be a reasonable type of price for something like this.
I have researched TT and already contacted some companies that have given me all inclusive quotes:
- Egypt 7000 (quoted $520, but the English in their email and the fact they want to take us to tourist shops worry me)
- Graduate Tours (quoted over $1000 - are they kidding? but do have Egyptologists)
- Casual Cairo Detours (too busy - can't take us)
