Underground river

I can recomend a trip to the underground river, if you are staying in Peurto Princesa in Palawan. Is a breathtaking experience. The trips go out from Sabang.

Agree, the Underground River is a "must see" if in Puerto Princesa with a day to spare.

Much easier to book a day trip from PP as part of a tour, rather than trying to arrange the permit and transport yourself. Many of the hotels in PP can arrange the booking at a discount to the advertised prices.

What sort of price for a day trip?

Advertised price on most websites about 1500 pesos per person including buffet meal, but you should be able to negotiate this down. Our hotel arranged trips at 1300 per person (last January).
