Two movies about travel

Interest forums / Culture Vultures

I recently saw two very good movies about travel. 'Hotel very Welcome', a satirical movie about LP-travellers and 'Nothing but Ghosts', five episodes set in five countries. Don't know if they are released abroad.

Do you know any other new movies about travel? I also saw 'Into the Wild' and despite the nice scenery and good acting found the movie overrated.

I really liked the movie "The Beach". However - I will get shot down by those saying how the book was better and it was a poor representation of reality - but I do find it hits the right buttons for me. I find that biographical and cultural movies do more to stimulate the will to travel to those countries than just plain travel movies. Try an old Albie Mangals adventure.
