Tsethang bus?

Does anyone know if there is (reliable) public transportation from Tsethang to Lhasa? Or is there maybe a bus to Gongkar at least where I am assuming I can hop an airport shuttle into Lhasa?

I took a local bus to and from Tsetang. The bus was reliable up to the point where it left the road. You may need an alien travel permit I'm not sure. I didn't have one anyway.
