Travel in County Donegal

Hi all,
I'm heading to a wedding in Ballyliffin, about an hour northeast of Donegal Town, and wondering if anyone has advice on how to get there from Donegal. I'm doing a little tour of the country before heading up, and my time's somewhat restrained, but would be open to both public transport as well as...car rental?

It would be more liek an hour and a half from Donegal Town; Donegal Town to Letterkenny is easy enough. From Letterkenny youmight want to get a local bus. Try the crowd below.
