Travel and accomodation costs

Myself and some friends are planning on travelling around Morocco, in a circuit from Marrakesh and back again, in September. We're doing it on a budget, and I just wondered if anyone could give us a rough guess at a cost estimate for about fifteen days' worth of budget accomodation and cheap bus/bush taxi type travel. THere's a fair number of us so we can share rooms etc.

Per person: anywhere from US $20-$60 a day, depending on how and where you visit, stay and eat and how you travel (Grand Taxi, bus, train, rental car). Hard to estimate with the limited info. you provide.

I've been in hotels that will let you sleep on the roof and still use their bathroom facilities with minimal cost (but since I stay in a room I don't really know anything about them, I just know that they exist).
