Trasnfer at Amman Airport

Hi Everyone,

I have a question regarding transfer in Amman airport with Royal Jordan. I am traveling from Jordan to Egypt on land then fly from Cairo to Amman to catch my flight from Amman back to Hong Kong. Because I bought the round trip from Hong Kong to Amman and the one way from Cairo to Amman at different times, the two tickets are under two different reservation # but both under Royal Jordan. Does anyone know if I will need to enter Jordan and take my luggage and then re-check in again for the flight from Amman to Hong Kong? Or if anyone has similar experience, please share with me. I am concerned because I realized that I only have 1hr 35min in Amman between the flights.

It should be no problem to check your luggage through. I believe the determining factor will be that both flights are operated by RJ. If you want to be absolutely sure, ask the RJ office in Cairo (or in Amman before you head for Egypt).
