translator anti-awards

Back in the Czech Rep, I've heard of yearly awards for the worst translation in various categories. Here's one of the lucky winners:

Original sentence:
It got bitingly cold and the storm was on the way.

Translation:
It got a little bit chilly and there was a draught under the door.

I don't know why I thought of it now, other than I'm bored at the moment and my mind's wandering.
