Transfers at Manila Airport

We are looking ay arriving at Terminal 2 at 14.40 to make a connecting flight from terminal 3 at 16.50. Is this possible or, as I suspect too tight. Appreciate any advice.

Too tight. You only have until 16.05, not 16.50. Check in at T3 will almost certainly have a 45 minute deadline.

@3 -even that isnt much info -like what month -where is pal flight from? @callippo -you know these days there is online check in but if op has luggage -then would be impossible to collect and transfer in 1 hr
