Train trip for elderly parents?

Hi-
I'd like to take my parents on a train vacation in a scenic area of Canada. All I've found about trips like this includes overnighting at hotels, not on trains. Can you direct me to a company that provides tours that are totally on the train, day and night?

VIA rail is the only company that provides overnight accommodation on the train.

I'll second that. Their website has a huge section on it, and most train stations have information packages.
