Torres del Paine W without Glacier Gray

I am going to Torres del Paine and want to hike the W but only have 3 days. I'm thinking of skipping the part of the trek that goes to the glacier to save time but not sure if this is a realstic itinerary with bus schedules/hiking distances etc? Any advice or alternate itineraries would be appreciated!

Day 1 - bus from Puerto Natales and hike to towers. Stay overnight at Las Torres
Day 2 - hike to/stay overnight at Los Cuernos
Day 3 - hike to Mirador Britanico and then to Paine Grande to get the catamaran/bus back to Puerto Natales
