togean islands and bunake getting there on the cheap???

hi guys, i'm planning an indo dive trip/chill out trip for january 2012, sulwesi is my target destination but i want to get there cheaply.
I fly into denpasar. I'm guessing i head to padang bai and catch a ferry from there. I have 1 month, and will probably just go to manado for bunaken and then the togeans for some chilln and diving, anyone have any tips on how to get there or great divesites or anything to do with the places im going would be great

Weather-wise not the time to be there, better look into that.
