Tasjkent airport

I arrive at 02.45 from Moskou at the international airport of Tasjkent and want to take the
same morning a flight at 07.50 to Urgench (national airport?).
Lonely planet write that the national airport is 5 km from the international airport. True?
Bus 11 should connect the 2 airports. Is this possible so early in the morning?
I am a women travelling alone so what about taking a taxi on my own?
Other possibilities?

If needed a taxi is the only realistic option.
I was there few years ago and I don't know the current location for the domestic flights.

Buses don't run at night, so the only option is taxi. There will be a dozen of taxi drivers at the exit who earn their money driving tourists and really hold to their job/taxi spot, so it's totally safe.
Don't pay more than $5. And don't exchange money in the airport.

No problem to take a taxi, but do not pay more than 2..3 USD. It`s not so far. Unfortunately the bus does not run at night time. Only if you will wait till 6am, maybe it will go.
