| asilan15:35 UTC08 Jan 2005 | Hello all,
In July we'll be going to Himachal Pradesh and Ladakh. On e of the treks out of the LP on trekking in the Indian Himalaya that appeals to me most is the tark la tek from Kaza to Katgoan. Now I wonder if anyone did this one and can provide some more information, e.g. how he/she aranged this, whether you need it's possible to find a guide etc. I also wonder whether we could do the trek in reverse. if so, that would make me happy because ideally I'd go from Delhi to Simla, then travel to Katgoan, do the trek in reverse and travel from Kaza to manali and then on to Leh. I hope anyone can give me any helpful or just interesting information. Thanks in advance!
