Talas to Osh advice

Later this week, I'm planning on going from Taraz KZ to Talas KG, then from Talas to Osh. I'd like to do this in one single day, but I can't seem to find any information about Talas other than it's fairly easily accessible from Taraz.

Has anybody done this before. Where can I expect to go from Talas in one day? How about Jalalabad?

I don't particularly want to backtrack all the way to Bishkek.

We were told by a reliable source, that a private taxi would be able to take us from Osh to Bishkek in one day if we start early and are ready to arrive late. The road is pretty good. Since you're in Talas you know the road condition. So if it's good, it should be possible to get to Jalalabad.
