Taking kids to Bilbao

Hi,

I am taking our 6 and 8 year olds to Bilbao for the weekend at the end of the month. I have found plenty of hotels on the internet but wanted to know if anyone could recommend a particularly child friendly hotel?

We are taking them to the Guggenheim, but any other ideas for activities for kids would be appreciated - they love eating and want to have plenty of pintxos, don't like too much walking but like museums and galleries.

My husband and I went to Spain last year while I was expecting and we stayed at a great resort. We went through a company that offers unused timeshares at a discounted rate. This is their website The place we stayed at had a good kitchen with utensils and cooking facilities and a regular fridge. It also had a laundry machine in the apartment. There were several activities that are in driving distance.
