swimming pool in cairo?

with a girl friend of mine, we'd like to go swimming in cairo. are there other solutions than going to private clubs and pay expensive fees??

Yes, many of the larger hotels have pools, and a large proportion of them allow you to use the facilities for reasonable day rates. Just go in and ask.

Hi Nicog, there are a few really nice pools that you can book a day-use at. unfortunately though, they are usually operated by 5* hotels hence very expensive.
These are a few that are nice and not pricey:
Nabila Hotel (Mohandeseen)
Sofitel Gezira (Zamalek)
Swiss Inn (6th October City)
