Are there any surfers out there in thorn tree land?
anyone surfered around Santa Marta.

You can surf in Cartagena, although its not great. U can rent a board from the top end of Bocogrande. You could also surf in p Tayrona at arrecifes - but would need to take your own board!! There is also a beach in Baranquila you can catch a wave at, cant remember the name and have not been.

No surfing in Santa Mart. It's a port, and dirty as hell. I think it's better on the Pacific side.
