Sport Bar in KL?

I'm In KL at the moment staying on Jalan Pudu in a hostel. I really really want to watch the cricket on Friday and beyond. Does anybody know of any places where this could happen? I've nearly missed the whole world cup! The things we give to travel....

Try Jalan Changkat Bukit Bintang. Theres plenty of pubs there. You can try Green Man Pub. If not, Finnegans Irish Pub will be the next choice, Located next to the McDonalds opposite Maybank / BBPlaza.

HI mate. yes there are a few places to go watch sports. you could try a pub called laundry, which is in the curve in damansara. just tell any taxi driver to take you the the curve, then anyone there will know laundry. there are also a few places in Desa Sri Hartamas, esp a place called Home and Away (one of my local pubs), now their really friendly there if there is something on normally they will put it on for me... now its more a football pub, and im not really into cricket much but im sure they will put it on they have two tvs there so the big screen will have the most popular match on and then the smaller one for anything else, if you need to find this place is in Desa Sri Hartamas near the projet petrol station.. how long r u staying here for? ive been here about 10 months now. let me know if you need anyother help

Sadly I don't think Home and Away, despite their large Indian crowd, have subscribed to the cricket, and they would never change channel for cricket over the football. Around the corner at Bogangles I think the owner, Skin, has subscribed to it.
Anyway OP since you are already in town, aside from those already mentioned, the Legends Bar near the Beach Club has it on.
This is a pay per view event in Malaysia so don't just walk into any pub thinking it will be on.
Roni Q's in Bangsar is another that will have it on.
