While everyone knows about this remarkable animal, very few people have ever seen the Snow Leopard, but in the remote valleys of the Kibber Wildlife Sanctuary and the Pin Valley National Park of the Spiti region, there is an extremely high chance of seeing the 'grey ghost of the mountains.'

On the wild and rugged mountain of the Spiti valley, with plenty of time on the field, I have been able to get good views and we were lucky to see and get the glimpses of this most lovely cats .. I have spent a lot of time tracking wildlife (not only the Snow Leopards but the prey animals they're attracting, including Himalayan blue sheep).

January / February / March is Snow Leopard's mating season, so it is a favorite time among the wildlife photographers.
