Spanish Lessons in Mendoza

As Mendoza has been recommended by many friends as a good place to visit and to ease into the start of an extended trip around South America, could someone tell me about the options of places to learn Spanish there?

I would suggest using the advanced search function on this forum, it works quite well, as long as you try to thoroughly use the parameters.
