Southwest Ireland Myself

I am battling between heading out to Galway tomorrow myself and sorting out traveling to:
Doolin, Aran Islands, Cliffs of Moher, Ring of Kerry, Dingle, and maybe Tralee...
Or I can take a Paddywagon Tour on Monday which covers lots of ground for a good cost,
BUT...I really hate the whole tourist notion especially since I've been living on my own in a village near Dublin for the past few weeks.
If I do leave tomorrow and go alone, does anyone have advice on how to route my journey to hit as many of the places I listed, easily?
I'm terrible with maps, so if anyone has done this before and can guide me, I'd REALLY appreciate it!
