Hi, if I'm looking for snow in late Jan / early Feb, would I more likely to find it in Tokyo or Seoul ? Thanks in advance.

Big/Small Hotels... Snow/No Snow... ? You do like to deal in absolutes landofsnows... Next question is can you get a pair of ski's into a Tokyo Hotel Room? As for the liklihhood of getting snow in either of these cities in a months time... well if anyone can make that prediction with ANY accuracy whatsoever, truely they are wasting their time on TTF since they have a unique skill... Flip a coin - it'll be about as reliable as anything else.
