sleeping bag

I will hopefully be trekking in both Kyrgyzstan in July and August and Tajikistan in August and first week of September. Will it be very cold as in below 0 degrees celcius at night as not sure which sleeping bag will be better. I have one which is from 1 to 4 and another one that goes below . On the other hand, I read that temperature will be really hot during the day, in its 30’s, is this so please or does this apply only to cities and places like the Fans?

I 'd go for the heavier bag. If you are going to be camping in the mountains, there is a possibility of sub zero temperaturs at high altitude.

Day time temp. will be 30+ but that doesn't really affect decision on sleeping bag.
