Scuba Schools in Kas

Country forums / Eastern Europe & the Caucasus / Turkey

Hi all,

I'm looking to take my Advanced Open Water course in Kas this October and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the scuba schools there. Which is the best? SSI is preferable, but I know it's transferable to PADI courses as well. Any information on your experiences would be helpful. Thanks!

Generally PADI or CMAS courses are offered here.I haven't used either of these companies but I know someone who took an Advanced PADI course with Bougainville Tourism and someone who took a DiveMasters course with Naturablue Diving Centre and each was very satisfied with the standard and professionalism shown. At least that's a start for you.Good luck, you couldn't pick a more lovely spot in Turkey to go diving :)

I did three days diving with Nautilus once and found them well organised, although their boat was slightly smaller than some other companies.

All the dive boats are moored in the same area of the harbour, so it might be worth wandering down there to check them out.
