Sardinia - Bicycle near Villasimius?

Hello,

We are planning our holidays in Sardinia and will stay in Villasimius. We are used to take our bikes with us on holidays, and are wondering if it is possible to use the bike to go to the different beaches? Is the region flat enough to use the bike, or are there a lot of hills and steep roads?
