Rwanda to Victoria Falls

I will be driving South through Tanzania and Zambia from Rwanda during August and am looking for someone to share the petrol costs and driving. Is anyone interested or does anyone know of anywhere I may be able to meet travellers in Kigali? They seem to have just hotels and not hostels like some countries. Is there a good place to stay in Kigali?
