Russian transit visa at Moscow SVO ?

Do I need russian transit visa at Moscow SVO international airport if I have to spend less than 24 hours to catch my connecting flight to Mongolia ???

My flights :
Dubai - Moscow SVO (Transit) - Ulaanbaatar (Mongolia).
Ulaanbaatar - Moscow SVO (Transit) - Dubai.

If you remain in the international transit area, you do not need a transit visa.

If you have lots of time and want to leave the international transit area, then you will need a visa. Since you did not indicate when you arrive and depart, I can't advise whether a transit visa is practical or desireable. I can tell you that the international transit area in SVO doen't offer much.
