Russian Consulate in Dubai?

Hi -- I'm trying to get my visa for Russia. Got all my paperwork sorted and next step was to go to the consulate.

I looked online and found their phone number but no one ever answered.

Since all the maps I found seemed to indicate that it was in Deira, across from the Etisalat office, I headed there on the metro. When I got to what I thought was the correct building this morning the guard pointed to a map showing they'd moved out near the Mall of the Emirates, off Wasl Road.

I started to metro there but thought I'd google again and try to find a map I could take with me since I'm not familiar with that area, but every search shows up at the Russian consulate in Deira, including their official page which is mostly in Russian but the bottom does say: Office # 307, Al Maidan Tower, Al Maktoum Road, Dubai, UAE (which is where I thought I was this morning). So no one is still answering the number, and every Google search shows they are in Deira, now I'm trying to figure out if I just went to the wrong building and the guard was just very confused.

Anyway, has anyone been to the consulate in the past six months or so and could tell me exactly where it is? If it is in Deira where? Somewhere else, any landmarks?

That is what was on the paper anyway, it is near the Mall of the Emirates.
