Roraima

Just a quick post to see if there's anyone that has done the Roraima Trek and what they thought about it.

I'd really like to know what level of fitness would be required and whether the trek is 'worth it' in terms of views etc?

Considering it is a 6-day trek and the sun can be burning, I think you have to be in a relatively good shape.

Roirama is one of the best kept secrets in SA. It is VERY worthwhile, a great adventure and not touristy at all. Just realise the weather is very changeable over there and you can experience either hot sun and long rains.

Trecking Roraima

We (two germans) look for people to join us on a Roraima trekking. We plan to take a local guide in Paratepui and like to share costs with others.
