Reservation available for Patagonia: Vertice Grey 29th January 2017

Hello,

Due to some confusion with the booking system, I have incorrectly booked a night at Vertice Grey in a 'made bed'. I am unable to cancel it and I know from booking around this time, getting reservations is a bit of a nightmare. Would anybody like to buy it from me?

Sorry to hear that.
I can't help you with what you want but just little info if that would help.
If you made a mistake with you reservation, you can change your reservation for free with them (although the on the website, they said you might need to pay a fee). You can change to different Refugio or different date as long as they are the same company.
I did make several mistake when I did my booking too, and I was able to make few changes (from one Refugio to different Refugio or change date) after I made my reservation on line.

Thanks for the reply, we actually don't need the reservation anymore. Hence, we would like to change the name on the reservation, which the company has said is possible. Sorry, I forgot to mention it is for 2 people.

How did you contact them to switch sites and days? They won't respond to my emails.
